This course equips students with the essential knowledge and practical skills they need to develop, manage and participate in PPM business processes. The course materials have been part of the syllabus for the Masters in Business in IT Management Program at the University of Technology, Sydney since 2004.
In addition to lecture materials the course provides practical demonstrations of "how to do it" using both an industry leading PPM tool and build-your-own Excel models which have been developed and proven in practice over many years.
